Jordan Larcade

Denver was always destined to be Jordan’s home, though he was raised in a small town in South Central, Kansas. He was always getting his hands dirty with repair or remodel projects at home or for friends and family. His interest in real estate started to grow starting with his first job where his boss and mentors, introduced him to some early real estate concepts to do with buying and selling property, flipping, and renting investment properties. Although they kept him busy assisting in refinishing antique furniture; or maintaining an early 1900’s ex-Masonic Lodge; or helping build their 3rd floor warehouse apartment; real estate was always his main interest.

Jordan’s professional career took him through the environmental consulting industry and the engineering industry before leasing land and rooftop for major telecommunications companies. With a piquing interest in starting his own business, Jordan got his real estate license and quickly learned the ropes to begin helping families buy and sell homes. In late 2017, with his business partner Brian, they launched their own real estate brokerage to better serve their clients.

In his free time with his wife Jessica, Jordan takes every opportunity to get into the mountains to ski, camp, raft, rockhound soak in hot springs, explore small towns, or find new mountain adventures with his wife Jessica.
