I cannot recommend Jose highly enough. We will never buy or sell with another realtor. Jose was discerning and detail oriented, he has an incredible design sense, an expert understanding of the market and he remained sincerely optimistic and calm throughout the selling process. Jose is a downright rockstar - truly the most savvy, strategic, proactive, badass agent. Jose was with us every step of the way in both the buying and selling process, offering thoughtful guidance start to finish. It's all thanks to Jose's strategic approach to offers that I'm sitting here writing this review in our beautiful new home, which we truly wouldn't have scored without his guidance!

Jose's knowledge of construction, renovation and design were also a major asset to us throughout the buying process, as we weighed pros and cons of properties based on work we would consider doing. This expertise came in handy when doing inspections as well.

When selling, Jose has incredible reach, not just through social media but through his network of agents who know of Jose as a major leader in the industry. As a result, he's a trusted colleague and a friendly face to the industry as a whole which makes for smooth and easy deals beginning to end.

I could go on and on singing Jose's praises but I'll leave it with this. My only hesitation when starting to work with Jose is that he may be too busy and possibly not as responsive, as he is in very high demand. That couldn't have been further from our experience. I pride myself on being responsive to emails and texts in my respective field, and Jose puts my email habits to shame! Jose is also an expert delegator, whether for coordinating inspections when buying, or scheduling painters when selling, Jose's team made the whole process even easier.
Despite having an awesome support team, Jose remained our point person and was on top of it and super communicative with us throughout the whole process.

Without hesitation, I unequivocally recommend Jose Prats - a true godsend!

He’s more like having a market sharp family member around than some pushy broker just trying to shake a deal out of you. Met Jose and Peggy at an open house and was drawn to how kind and informative they were. Before I knew it, they were helping my husband and I start the home buying journey. Even when we came across a listing on Christmas Eve evening, they were quick to respond by helping us get a private viewing and an offer accepted by New Years Eve! Peggy was a superstar for managing to get all of the inspections scheduled on January 2nd, the first business day after our accepted offer. We recently purchased our first home from Jose and it was such a wonderful and easy experience. He was so knowledgeable about the process which instilled a great deal of confidence in us as first timers. Despite how busy he is, he always made time to answer even the smallest of questions and never made us feel insecure about asking the "silly questions". He has excellent communication and follow-through and never once questioned or attempted to sway our opinion. I couldn't think of anyone else I would have wanted to partner with on this other than Jose and his partner Peggy. 10/10 for sure!!

We had the absolute best experience working with Jose and Acme! As first time homebuyers, we were totally unsure of where to start. We met Jose at an open house and ended up scheduling a call to start our home search. Jose walked us through the entire process and was so patient with all of our questions. He connected us with the mortgage broker we ended up using, too. We found a house a few months into our search and Jose helped us navigate counteroffers, the inspection process, and got us closing credits that saved thousands. My fiance and I cannot recommend Jose enough! If you are looking for a kind, efficient, calm, down-to-earth, detail-oriented, and attentive realtor, look no further. From the day that we saw the house of our dreams on Jose's Instagram to the minute he handed us the keys, Jose was there every step of the way (and still is for all of our questions!). I reached out to Jose via phone and he picked up right away and worked step-by-step with us to acquire our new home. In addition to his wonderful assistant, we especially loved that Jose also always made himself available to us, even for the smallest of questions. My husband and I first got in touch with Jose after I had followed him for months on instagram. He's been an LA local for years and has great taste in Spanish style homes which has always been more or less a dream for me. When we were finally ready to start looking in January 2023 we hit up Jose, not expecting a quick reply given his tens of thousands of followers. To our pleasant surprise he got back to us right away, and after a meeting at the ACME office in Eagle Rock, we embarked on a house hunting journey. That is truly one of Jose's best qualities- his attention to clients and dedication. He was *always* responsive to our texts, calls, emails, and patient in explaining the house buying process, especially when an offer of ours finally got accepted and we moved into escrow. He has so many recommendations for vendors and contractors and made the inspection process seamless.
