Earlier this year my wife and I interviewed 3 realtors prior to listing our home. Hands down Joseph Bograd was the most prepared, understood the market and was confident with his process and results. Fast forward a few weeks later, and everything Joseph said would happen did happen! We listed the property, received 7 offers, all above listing and accepted the one with the best terms, which included an ‘as is’ clause. Over the next 45 days everything continued to follow the exact script Joseph layer out. He and his staff were always readily available and extremely responsive. Shout out to his assistant (chief of staff) Marie Long ,who was an absolute pleasure to work with. When settlement day came, everything went as planned, no issues and all monies were deposited in our account hours after closing.
If you are considering selling your house, Joseph Bograd is the realtor! Hands down. This guy delivers and is a true professional. I am not one who writes very many referrals, but in this case “The Bograd Experience” has earn my praise!! BOOM!

There is absolutely no other agent I would use or recommend. Joe was extremely professional and knowledgeable . My wife and I decided to buy a new home and interviewed several brokers to sell our home. After meeting with Joe there was no questions he was our broker. Within less than a week of listing our house, we have several offers and within 2 weeks our house was sold.
