About Joseph

Having grown up in Boise, he is fortunate to know the ins and the outs of the area. He was lucky enough to have played golf in college on a golf scholarship at the University of Washington for 2 years and the University of San Diego for 2 years. Both schools were great in their own ways, much like each big city is great in its own way. But he always knew Boise was home.

After school, he returned to Boise and had a couple of small jobs in town as a personal trainer and then as an assistant golf pro. During his time as an assistant golf pro at The Club at Spurwing, he was fortunate enough to meet a lot of great people. Through those connections, he decided to venture into the life of a touring pro with the help of some sponsors. He played professionally for 5 years, most of which were in Canada. Having some remarkable success up there being rookie of the year his first year as a professional with one win that season. He continued to play up north with another win and some high finishes. He was fortunate enough to play in one PGA Tour event and have a status for one season on the Web.com Tour. He loved golf and it provided him with the opportunity to travel to some amazing places and meet some great people. After surgery in the winter of his fourth year as a professional that put him out for 5 months, he realized that he enjoyed being home a lot and spending time with his amazing wife, Audrey, and impressive stepdaughter, Mialee. During that time, he got his real estate license to keep him busy, however, he realized that this was something that he really enjoyed. Whether it is helping those first-time home buyers find that right place or helping the folks that need to downsize since their kids are now out of the house, he feels a sense of fulfillment in having the opportunity to help in such a big life decision.

He prides himself on open communication and diligence. Buying or selling a house is an excessively big life decision. His approach is to be the calm one in the situation which helps take out the emotion and use more reason throughout the process. There are always difficulties during the process, but he enjoys leveling those emotions for a smooth transaction no matter what is thrown at us. He knows there are many great agents in the valley, but he separates himself with his calm approach, knowledge of the market, and attention to detail throughout the entire transaction.
