About Josh

Josh’s experience managing multi-million dollar projects and completing complex engineering analyses lends itself well to the evaluation of current and potential future performance of real estate portfolios.

Josh was bitten by the real estate investing bug while reading Rich Dad Poor Dad in 2016 and constantly listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcast. By the end of the year, Josh and his wife had invested in their first duplex and were well on their way into the investment world.

Josh was first introduced to Buckingham as an investor at a local REIA event and quickly realized that the company’s wealth generation approach was very much in-line with his own investing philosophy and goals. Josh was also drawn to the no pressure sales approach that is very much customer service and life-long client focused as opposed to the transactional focus the majority of other brokerages employ. This fortuitous meeting upended Josh’s career path for the better, as now he is helping others achieve their real estate investment goals while concurrently achieving his own.

Josh earned his degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor, and currently holds a Professional Engineering license for the State of California. Living blocks from the water in Redondo Beach is a dream realized for Josh, his wife, and two young children.
