Josh was an absolutely amazing realtor to work with! His professionalism, punctuality and knowledge we're an absolute blessing. As a first time home buyer, Josh walked us through each individual step, explaining every detail along the way, and guided us through the cleanest escrow process I've ever heard of. His knowledge of the entire process from his years of experience were absolutely stunning, and every moment of our time together was a pleasure. It was incredible to work with someone so dedicated to finding us the perfect home, not just a commission. Josh is an absolute gem of a realtor. He's extremely professional and really goes above and beyond with his clients. This market has been really insane and trying to buy our first home could have been very stressful, but Josh really took the stress out of it for us. Not only did he help us find our home, he also explained a lot to us about how the market works, how to get the most out of our purchase, and important factors for future resale value. He also really took the time to get to know us. We really appreciated his patience and kindness with us and you honestly cannot find a better realtor in Northern Nevada.

It is now some time since the sale of my parents' condo, but I will always remember and always feel grateful for the professionalism and compassion shown by Josh Hall before, during, and after the process. Much was handled from out-of-state, and Josh was always accessible, responsive, calm, and informative. He was truly a partner in terms of transparency and explanations for every question, as well as the practical logistics of prepping the property and advising as to subsequent cross-country moving. One of the best real estate professionals I've had the privilege to know, and a truly kind and good person.
