It was a pure blessing to get referred to Josh. He understood my vision and my short term and long term goals with real estate. He internalized exactly what I wanted and was available promptly to view homes that came on the market and fit within my parameters. He was professional and truly cared about how I was doing during the process. He wasn't just my realtor, he was a true support for me during this high-stress, emotional and expensive rollercoaster. Josh helped my fiance and I find our first home. With the increasing interest rates, the competitive market and low inventory, needless to say it is a hard market to buy in. Josh went above and beyond in his research of homes we toured to ensure we got all the information we needed and when to bypass properties that did not meet our priorities in a home. Josh coached and encouraged us along the way to stay positive in finding a home that was for us. I cannot recommend him enough!

He's professional, an excellent communicator and has all the inside prowess as one of the best Realtors I've known. Josh was fantastic to work with, I cannot recommend him enough! He’s extremely knowledgeable about the housing market in the Denver and Boulder area and knows what to look for, from larger elements like neighborhoods and commutes to smaller details within the houses we looked at. He took time to understand what I was looking for in a home. He also understands how to compete in this market and was extremely responsive through the whole process. Josh was fantastic. Was very attentive to all my requests, came prepared to each meeting with more information/demographics then I even knew to ask for and had great recommendations. As a first time home buyer, I felt supported and listened to. Even though I knew I was purchasing a much smaller and cheaper property, Josh made me feel like I was a priority and he was accessible whenever I needed him. Josh made selling my rental property easy, and went way above the call of duty. Although I lived 4 hours away, I wanted to paint, re-carpet, landscape, etc. Josh provided great advice, scheduled contractors, and drove back and forth to my property to oversee the projects while I was out of town. He was very involved and very responsive during the whole process. He helped make my house look great and the home sold for more than I expected.

Josh is AMAZING! He found us our dream home fast and for the price we wanted. We switched to work with Josh after months of unsuccessful searching with a different reailator company. I called him and let him know exactly what we were looking for, our wants and needs, and he found it!! He never pushed us to buy and we didn't have to drive around to multiple locations that didn't fit our needs. He was so respectful of our time, budget, and helped us stay focused on our goal during to closing process. I cant say enough great things about Josh. If you want the best, work with him.

Our experience buying a home with Josh was fantastic! We went into the house-buying process feeling pretty apprehensive/nervous because of all the stories we'd heard from family and friends about how difficult the process can be. From the very first phone call, Josh made us feel completely at ease and excited about the prospect of buying our first home. Josh was extremely responsive to all of our questions/concerns, made adjustments to our search as we moved through the process, spent full days taking us all over the Denver area to look at dozens of homes, and once we were under contract he was there to help us every step of the way up until closing day, and even after. We will continue to highly recommend him to friends and family who are looking to buy a new home!

Josh was a tremendous help to us when we decided to relocate to Colorado from the Bay Area. First of all, he researched and interviewed local realtors to find the best realtor to help us prepare our house for sale, and who ultimately helped negotiate a sale over asking price, without any contingencies. Josh was involved in all the discussions and negotiations and helped explain the process to us. Secondly, Josh researched a development of new homes we were interested in. He toured the model home, obtained copies of all required purchase contracts, made initial contact with the preferred lenders, established a relationship with the sales agents, and represented us at the lottery where we were lucky enough to get a lot. We are now in the process of building our new home in our new community, and Josh is touring our building site weekly and providing us with regular updates. In addition, he has referred us to a great mortgage broker. The complexity of selling our California home and relocating to a brand new home in Colorado has been greatly reduced with Josh's capable assistance and attention to detail.
