Josh Krsnak

As President and CEO, Josh Krsnak oversees all facets of the company. Specifically, he is intimately involved with the company’s acquisitions, capital raises, and investor and lender relations. Josh joined Hempel Companies as employee #1 and ultimately bought the firm from its founder, Jon Hempel.

During his 17 year tenure, he has overseen the purchase and development of more than $750 million in commercial real estate. Josh was named one of the 2016 recipients of the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal’s “40 Under 40” award. Josh is active in his community and serves on the board of advisors for Avivo (a chemical dependency nonprofit) and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Prior to entering the commercial real estate development industry, Josh was a financial analyst at Honeywell and a business consultant for Accenture.
