Josh & Crystal moved to Eagle, Idaho with our children during the Summer of 2014. After living in California for their entire lives, the dynamics had changed, and the small town they had always loved became dangerous for their children to live in. They decided it was time to start a life in a new location and raise their children somewhere different. Leaving everything behind in CA to follow a new dream in Idaho was not the easiest thing to do, but as a team, they knew they would make it a success.
Crystal was an accomplished high school math teacher with a master’s degree in educational technology. She was awarded Teacher of the Year in 2011-12. Josh had owned a very successful architectural signage company with his dad for more than 25 years. With no family outside of California, and no job offers to follow, they could move literally anywhere they wanted! After extensive research, they found the Treasure Valley and fell in love. They flew up to see the area in person and were amazed by the friendliness of the people, the calm pace of life, the incredible beauty of the land, and the affordable lifestyle. After only a three-day visit, they bought a home and began the process of leaving everything they had in California to follow the dream of a simpler, happier life.
Since getting married in 2004, they have bought, rehabbed, and sold dozens of properties. Josh now has his broker’s license in Idaho and Crystal has obtained her realtor’s license. This allows them to work more efficiently with clients…. two realtors for the price of one! They have continued to pursue their love of investment properties and renovating homes while still working with clients to help them buy and sell their homes. Their experience with relocating both a family and a business to a new state makes them a unique team for helping families from other areas that want to move to Idaho. Josh’s experience with multi-unit properties, tenants, and commercial real estate also helps to set him apart from other realtors in the area.
Following their hearts and leaving their original careers behind, they decided to make real estate, relocations, and renovations their full-time passion. They are goal setters and dream chasers and are finding that they now have more time to spend with their two kids. They pride themselves on the lasting relationships they have with clients and with the quality of work that they put into their renovations. It is their goal to use their past experiences to help others with their real estate adventures.
