For Josh, helping people is what his job is all about. With nearly two decades of experience, encyclopedic knowledge of the area, and a keen intuition, Josh gets the results his clients want. And his diligence and attention to detail make for comfortable, seamless transactions as well.

When not helping clients, Josh is often playing music – usually a swinging guitar style commonly known as “Gypsy Jazz.” He has performed hundreds of concerts and festivals across the globe, toured with Grammy-winning artists, and written songs that topped national charts. He enjoys spending time at home with his wife, son and dogs. Somehow, he also finds the time to be a carpenter hobbyist, building his own tiny house.
