Prior to real estate, Joshua worked as a business development consultant at Oracle and quickly cemented his status as a top producer for multiple consecutive quarters. He also worked in sales at a tech startup that aimed to revolutionize restaurant operations before bringing his passion for networking, negotiations and personal development to the real estate industry.

Joshua graduated from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and Milken Community School. When he isn’t touring properties or thoughtfully expanding his professional network, Joshua can usually be found refreshing stock market news and watching or playing basketball.
