Joshua Mello

Joshua Mello is the Lead Buyer's Agent for the Pelletier Properties team. His role includes helping buyers through the entire buying process, as well as coaching and mentoring the team’s entire Buyer's Agent Division. Joshua is licensed in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Joshua has served on the Keller Williams North Central Associate Leadership Council and has been a North Central Massachusetts Association of Realtors (NCMAR) Top Producer every year since 2018. He has earned the National Association of Realtors designation as an Accredited Buyer's Representative and the NAR Commitment to Excellence designation.

Outside of real estate, Joshua has volunteered his time on the Board of Directors at Aspire Living & Learning, a non-profit human services organization. Joshua enjoys playing basketball and spending time with his friends and family.
