Josie is one of the rare, Los Angeles natives. This large city has been her backyard. Josie has lived all over Los Angeles, giving her the familiarity of numerous areas that many do not have.

Josie is a very accomplished actress who entered the entertainment industry as a child and has bought and sold her own properties, which made her realize her talent at being a strong negotiator.

Throughout her adult life, Josie has been told she would make a fantastic realtor. Finally, when she starred in a film as a realtor she took it as a sign and dove into the world of real estate.

Josie is good at listening and understanding what her clients need, allowing her to deliver above and beyond client expectations. The fact that Josie is gregarious , professional, and has great character allow her to build and maintain solid relationships with each client.

Many clients complain their realtors are hard to reach. Josie makes sure her clients never feel that way so she always makes sure she is very assessable. Even since her first transaction, Josie immediately became protective of her clients. She fights for them as if she's fighting for a close friend.

Despite her busy schedule, Josie makes time to give back to her community. She is very passionate about volunteering her time and money to support charities and causes she cares deeply about; especially animals.
