About Joyce

I am so proud to announce my association with Compass.
I received my first license from Department of Housing and Community Development (Occupational Licensing Program) to sell Manufactured homes on March 15, 2011, I loved that so much that in 2013 I went after my State of California Real Estate Salesperson License and received my license in April of 2014 I have helped buyers and sellers fulfilling their dreams with over 250 transactions.

I started working for Compass in 2019, I wanted to work for one of the best company’s in the Bay Area, to reach a wider scope of people who want to buy or sell properties.
At Compass I have the resources for me to help my clients succeed in the process of buying or selling a home with the best advantages.

I have helped many of my clients with remodeling, upgrading or just freshening up their homes for the best profit for them, I have an extensive list of contractors, handymen, roofers, re-modeler's and gardener’s for your use.

A little about me. I spent my very young years here in the bay area in Sunnyvale and Mountain View, then when I was about 12 my parents bought a 60-acre ranch in Fresno County, California. On the ranch we raise horses and cows. I was raised at a young age knowing what hard work is! I have continued that hard work ethic in to my everyday life and business. I am married to my wonderful husband of 36 years. I enjoy home, the ocean, the mountains, all kinds of music and I love my church.
