JP is awesome! 10/10 recommend. He is very quick to respond to texts/calls. Finding a home in Colorado is pretty hard right now and he definitely helped us land a home.

The main reason we chose JP, was his truthfulness on the homes we visited (good and bad). I think it's easy as new home owners to see a pretty house and not notice all the cons. Also, he was completely on our side when we decided to continue looking at other homes because our inspection came out poorly on a home.

Highly recommend!

My experience with Mr. JP Hachey was absolutely extraordinary, he tremendously helped me with the purchase of my first home. From the get-go when I started looking at properties with JP, he took the time to explain first time homebuying processes thoroughly and professionally. He very much accommodated to my particular needs of finding a property that will suit as a home and one day as an investment property. Throughout the time under contract JP kept me up to date as things were moving along, even after we had closed! To resolve some minor things on the sellers side per our contract. JP Hachey and his team were incredible and both my husband and I felt we could trust them with our whole experience in buying a house. As first time buyers, you don’t know much or even where to begin and JP was always there to guide us. He went to bat for us every time we wanted to place an offer on a house. We couldn’t have done it without JP and his team! Now we are homeowners and are so grateful to have had JP and his team alongside of us. JP Hachey and his team were exceptional… In the most competitive market in history, we had an accepted offer on the second house we placed an offer on. His expertise was clear when we found out our accepted offer was not the highest dollar amount. They chose us because of his ability to sell us as buyers. On top of that, our accepted offer price was also the appraised value, so we didn’t have to pay any additional funds out of pocket. I would highly recommend JP to everyone I know for their Realestate needs.

I've known JP for over 18 years and not only is he a great friend, but an AMAZING realtor. After a weekend packed with showings and 7 offers, JP sold our home for 20% over asking price. He was highly involved behind the scenes and quarterbacked everything from start to finish. He did a thorough walk-thru to provide initial feedback on staging and items that needed attention. He then laid out an accurate timeline (down to the day!) for all the moving parts and what we should expect along the process so we were never surprised by anything. JP not only provided qualified contacts but coordinated all third parties that came into the home. He also produced top quality marketing materials including one-pagers, brochures, and special feature cards that were placed throughout the home to call out every highlight to buyers. JP is beyond organized and never missed a beat. He checked in daily to make sure we were on pace and notified us once each deadline was met and to inform us what was to come next. Once we were under contract, JP continued to communicate well in advance what needed to be done, provided checklists for each step up until closing, and he still continues to check in out of the goodness of his heart. I was beyond amazed by JP's professionalism, knowledge of the market and trends, response times, and positive energy. He's a wonderful realtor who genuinely cares about every client!

We met JP in Golden strictly by chance. We were on a trip there to look the area over. He was in the street assisting with an inspection on a house. We had no realtor contact at that point so he became our guy. He stuck with us, looking for the better part of two years. A few deals fell apart through no fault of his, and finally through a very unlikely set of occurrences we would up closing today on a home we love. We would have missed out on it if the other deals had worked out. I could keep going on and on. Carol and I can't say enough good things about JP. Feel free to use us as a reference.

I was introduced to JP through a friend that purchased a home with him. I instantly liked that he was clear and responsive in his communication. We ended up working with JP for about six months while we were searching for the home we ended up purchasing and throughout the whole process I never once wondered what was happening, what needed to get done and we never missed any deadlines.

JP is by far the greatest RE agent you could ask for! He helped me buy a house for me and my kids that Is amazing. We are going thru a difficult transition and JP took that to heart and factored that into every house we looked at. He is a great friend but even a better realtor!

Doesn’t hurt that JP got us into a house that was appraised at ~$20k over what we paid! Feeling really good about our decision to work with JP!!!

In this crazy sellers' market JP was able to guide us through a very competitive bidding process as buyers. His prior experience and judgement contributed to a successful winning bid in a very tight race. Without JP's help it's doubtful we would have submitted the winning offer which was less than .3% higher than the second place bid. He was also very helpful and informative through the mortgage application and closing process. His attention to detail, knowledge and willingness to assist in all matters is extremely hands on and was appreciated.

I needed a house right away, moving from Portland, OR. My daughter recommended JP. From the very first conversation, I felt confident that he was going to help me find a house quickly. He is knowledgeable, responsive, easy to work with. After looking at 4 house, he helped me make the best choice for my situation. He controlled the interactions between all parties and kept me up to date every step of the way. If I had a question, or needed to respond to emails from the different parties he would text. He assisted me with getting a radon mitigation system in the house before I arrived. All of his business recommendations were impressive as well.

If you are looking for a realator who you can rely on 100% in your busy life, JP is the one. He made my process so easy and handled everything. I was able to get in a house on my tight deadline. I still can not believe I got a house that fits my needs! JP gets the credit for making my life easy during a stressful time of moving from out of state.
