Arizona native Julia Almgren discovered her passion for real estate after purchasing and renovating her first condominium several years ago. Since then, she has taken part in successfully locating multiple real estate investment projects across the valley and serves as the design consultant. Julia’s ambitious spirit has translated seamlessly into the world of real estate. Her vast knowledge of renovation expenses and property values enable her to provide her clients with potential remodel costs and vital sales information during the buying and selling process.

Julia is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and is a licensed agent with HomeSmart International Scottsdale. She prides herself on promoting positive economic growth in the community of the greater Phoenix area. Julia has spent much of her life volunteering abroad and locally helping those in need. Her compassion and kindness allow her to empower clients from all walks of life during the buying and selling process from start to finish.

In her free time, you will find Julia out hiking with her Goldendoodle, traveling, exploring new restaurants, or working on one of her own renovation projects.
