Julia Goodnoe has been involved in real estate for over 25 years and is ready to help you find your “happy place”. She moved from Bozeman Montana and found the perfect balance of city living and outdoor activities in Boise. After earning a BBA in Marketing from Boise State University, she immediately became a Realtor and an Accredited Residential Manager managing multifamily residential communities.

Julia has always been passionate about helping people find their unique lifestyle in Southeast Boise, so she joined O2 Real Estate Group to pursue real estate sales full-time. As a longtime resident and member of the community, she brings a strong knowledge of the area and market to clients. She is energetic and loves what she does.
