About Julie

Julie is a Colorado native and has spent over 30 years living and working in Douglas and Elbert Counties. She specializes in large and small horse properties and ranches, residential and commercial. Her husband and she has owned a construction company for the past 15 years and they have enjoyed building several of their own homes. She has also worked extensively with several builders selling their projects and helping in the development of several communities in the area. She is familiar with the acreages from the vacant land stage to the finish product.

Her passion has always been horses and she has enjoyed showing pleasure horses, cutters, ranch versatility and roping but mostly she likes too just be around them. Her husband and son both rope so she loves to tag along and be a part of their busy lives. Her enthusiasm for horses has been a natural lead up to helping people buy and sell horse properties.

She has recently been awarded the 5280 Magazine “Rising Star Award for 2018”. This award is a great honor because winners are nominated by other professionals within the real estate industry.
