As a first time home buyer I was very nervous and unsure of everything. I had millions of questions because I didn’t understand the process at all. Julie took away the nerves and assured me that we’d find the house for me. She never let me settle for something I just liked. She told me if I didn’t love it or got the special feeling we’d keep pushing on to the next. After looking and looking we did! She helped me find the one! The best part of it all is she walked me through everything and explained it all in a way I actually understood. She was very patient and answered all my questions no matter how silly they might of seemed. She made the experience painless and stress free. I never had to worry about anything because she was always on top of it. Even if work had me tied up Julie was always there to handle whatever needed to be done. She’s sweet and caring, but don’t let that fool you she will go momma bear for her client to get the best of the best for them. She set me up success. We started this journey as her being my Realator, but ended it as her being my friend. Even after closing on the house I know I can still reach out to her for anything. She made shopping for a house fun and exciting! 10 out of 10 She’s the one you want in your corner!!

If you want a guaranteed sale and in contract fast, Julie is who you want. Out of the 4 houses in our cul da sac she has now sold three in less then a year. 2 of them in the same month and on my referral hopefully the 4th one in the next few months. Couldn’t ask for a better realtor.
