Our home buying experience with Julie was flawless. I can honestly not think of a thing that could have been done better. Purchasing a new home from out of the area can present challenges. Julie listened to our needs and wants, and made the most of our limited time in the Boise area. Her commitment to her client was evidenced by her hard work. Her communication was excellent. She continually searched and provided us with information on homes that met our criteria. Once we found our home, she expertly guided us through the purchase process. Julie was responsive to our questions and needs and ensured we always knew where we were in the process.

When involved in a real estate transaction, you're dealing with people beyond your agent. Thus, it's important that they work with good people. The cliché' "good people work with good people" was never more true. Everyone Julie works with was excellent - proving us with a seamless home purchase experience. I whole-heartedly recommend Julie Cendejas. Thank you, Julie for our AWESOME home.

Julie has served as our realtor for both selling and buying homes. I readily refer people to her for her expertise with the Treasure Valley Market and her willingness to go above and beyond to make the moving process go as smoothly as possible. Her Homes For Heroes program is a bonus for us however it's not the thing that keeps me returning to her. Julie is the best realtor I've ever worked with.

Julie was referred to me by a friend who also had the most AMAZING experience working with her! She has to be THE best in the business! As a first time homebuyer, she made the process seem so simple and seamless. She was ALWAYS available to respond to my questions and concerns immediately! She consistently made herself available for viewings and was very flexible! She asked all the right questions on my behalf and really took on the majority of the work. We can’t say enough great things about Julie Cendejas and our experience with her! We were moving from out of state and we found her after an extensive online search for someone who was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive, without being pushy. She greatly exceeded our expectations in every aspect! We had a few conversations about what we were looking for, and when we came out to visit, she showed us multiple properties that were exactly what we had described. We wound up getting the second house we made an offer on thanks to her and we couldn’t be happier!

Not only did she make the whole experience enjoyable, but she also offered up money back to us from the sale as part of her “Homes for Heroes” involvement. We didn’t even ask for it! For those not familiar, it’s a wonderful program that some realtors are part of where they give you a portion of their commission as a “thank you” for your service (military, law enforcement, firefighters, EMTs, teachers, etc.). I can’t think of too many people that would offer to give you a couple thousand dollars out of their own pocket to show their appreciation…Julie is a gem!!!

We still keep in touch with her on a personal level since she’s such an all-around wonderful person. If you’re looking for the best realtor in the Treasure Valley, Julie is it!

If you are looking for an exceptional realtor, look no further. We have wanted to move to the Boise area for 4 years, but health issues arose each year, delaying our move. Many realtors would have given up on us as a waste of time, especially in this hot market. Julie didn't. She worked with us the entire time and cheerfully showed us homes whenever we visited. She tuned in almost immediately to our needs and tastes, saving us time and energy. When we finally sold our home in 7/20, we trusted Julie to look at a home on our behalf and based on her video and commentary, we bought the home sight unseen. Buying and selling can be an emotional experience, with moments of anxiety and frustration but Julie has a solution based approach which eliminates much of that. She's there after the sale as well, a rarity. She has given us excellent recommendations for painters, shops, restaurants, etc. We consider her a trusted, good friend. Stop looking. Call Julie. You won't be sorry.

Julie is amazing. If she isn’t your agent, you are missing out!
We were trying to find a place in the Boise area, but live out of state. Julie learned what we liked very quickly and kept up with our changing thoughts as we learned more about the area. We literally had her looking around the whole area and it turned out we decided we liked the area she suggested for us in the first place. Since we were from out of town, she was super quick to let us know of any new houses she thought we would like, and not only pre-toured them to confirm for herself that we would like them, but at times she would even do FaceTime walk throughs with us, saving us a ton of travel costs! We were slow to make decisions at times which lost us a couple opportunities and she was always super supportive even when it took us about 9-10 months to finally close on a house. She is truly the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Our experience with Julie and the Cendejas Group was nothing short of exceptional. I hope to outline a couple of reasons I feel this way, and how they contrast with other agents we have worked with in the past.

Market Knowledge - Julie is an expert in the Treasure Valley, if you give her an idea of where you will be working, what kind of lifestyle you want (rural vs urban vs very rural), your favorite shopping locations, etc she can give you an idea of what part of the valley you will want to look at and what areas you will want to avoid. This cuts down search time tremendously, as it gives you epicenters to concentrate on and places to not waste your time.

Communication - Julie is one of the best and most professional communicators that I have worked with in the business. She is matter of fact, but far from curt. Exactly what I want in an agent - be a straight shooter. Julie has this quality in spades. She also always has the best interest of her client in mind and will be honest if she thinks you are making a mistake or being unreasonable. Both welcome and admirable traits in an agent.

Friendly - Julie is one of the sweetest people we have ever met or worked with. She took a genuine interest in our children, our pets, etc. She has checked back in several times, long after her commission check cleared. That’s how you earn repeat business and clients.

Overall, I would (and do) recommend Julie to anyone and everyone I talk to who is looking for an agent. Her track record speaks for itself, and you don’t have clients that are this happy without doing a lot of things right!
