Julie Cope

Julie Cope takes a personal approach when she works with clients during a transaction. Buying and selling a home or property can be both emotional and daunting tasks, so Julie does her best to make the experience as seamless as possible.

Julie began working in the residential real estate market in 2014. She received her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation in November 2018.

Prior to transition to residential real estate, Julie owned a company that specialized in both government property acquisition (eminent domain) and wireless telecommunication site leasing and zoning. She has very much enjoyed the transition into helping people with their personal real estate needs. She is able to use her previous 20 years’ experience to help her clients.

To market her listings, Julie loves using the Listing Launch and the other marketing tools that John L. Scott provides, including Property Tracker®, Market Insights and Facebook boosts. She often works with professional photographers and uses drone photography as well.

Julie is based out of the John L. Scott Spokane office and licensed in Washington and Idaho. She currently specializes in all of Spokane County, part of Stevens County and Kootenai County, Idaho. She has worked with resales, first-time home buyers, multi-family up to four units, resale, condos, clients new to the area and investors.

She quietly gives back to several charities around the Spokane area including Vanessa Behan Crisis Nursery, Our Place (serves Spokane's West Central Neighborhood), River's Wish Animal Sanctuary, Transitions and United Way. In her spare time Julie enjoys spending time with her family, listening to music, and reading books.
