OPENING DOORS is in my blood and you could say a bit of a family business. My great grandfather was a real estate broker planner and developer during the mid-century. My grandmother was both a title and escrow officer. My uncle was a mortgage broker. And my (amazing) husband Joel Hess is the managing broker of our brokerage Realty ONE Group Professionals.

In 2016 we entered the world of brokerage owners purchasing Idaho Properties Real Estate. Idaho Properties was one of Idaho's oldest brokerages - dating back from the 1950s. As Joel and I worked to add new technology and resources for our team we were discovered by Realty ONE Group. The objectives tools skills training education and influx of the most innovative and resourceful technology ROG's platform provided was a perfect fit with our vision. In 2017 we went ROG (we like to pronounce it "rogue") and launched Realty ONE Group Professionals creating a coolture where everyone has a voice within our incredibly talented agents.
