Julie Maxwell

Julie Maxwell came to Northern Colorado in 1994 to attend Colorado State University. Like many others, she chose to make her permanent home here to enjoy the incredible culture, community, and scenery. When she's not working, Julie enjoys traveling all over the world. Closer to home, she spends time supporting the local music and scene, biking, and hiking with her adult children & rescue dogs.

Julie's experience in real estate started with HOA management. Over the years, she worked with homeowners, HOA Boards, vendors and developers to help create and foster strong, vibrant communities. This led to creating an "HOA 101" class for home buyers, to help them evaluate the homeowner association structure, rules, and finances to identify which communities are right for them. Her passion for working with people and neighborhoods led to becoming a REALTOR. She has been involved in the real estate industry since 2003, and would love to help you find your own piece of Colorado to call home.

Julie holds multiple professional designations and certifications, including Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Pricing Strategies Advisor (PSA), ePro, and At Home with Diversity (AHWD).
