About Justin

Since 2002, Justin Allen has been a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Mississippi. Investment Property has been a passion of his since the very first property he purchased in 1996. From there, he bought and sold over 100 personal investment properties. Justin went on to be President of the Wealth Builders of South Mississippi Real Estate Investors Association giving seminars on short sales and deal strategy seminars to regional investors.

After a short hiatus from real estate in 2009, he went to work for one of the largest new construction home builders in the Southeast, Adams Homes. Shortly thereafter, he reopened his real estate brokerage, Smart Design Properties, with a focus on a smarter and greener approach to new home construction sales working with custom home builder, Elliott Homes. In 2016, he and his wife purchased the rights to open a national franchise with the focus on being more paperless and tech driven. They also started an in-house media company called Blue Suede Media that provides professional real estate photography and videos, but also virtual reality real estate tours in 3D.

In 2017, Justin was approached by several local real estate investors to restart the local investor group for additional networking and education which the area lacked. MS Coast REIA was formed and has been growing ever since.

In 2019 he decided to start his own real estate brokerage franchise, eAgent, with the first office being eAgent Realty located in Gulfport, Mississippi. His focus is to have a real estate brokerage franchise model focused on giving more power back to agents by giving them an open source virtual software platform while still being able to have a local office to meet with clients. The "e" stands for Evolved which is why eAgent has been deemed The Evolution of Real Estate®.

In October 2019, stepped down as Principal Broker for the local eAgent Realty Synergy Office in Gulfport, MS to provide better service at the eAgent corporate level.

In September 2020, he joined his wife, Darlene Allen, at eAgent Nexus where they could handle their transactions mutually as a couple and provide a brokerage in the Ocean Springs market under the eAgent franchised brand. Justin is currently licensed as a Broker Associate at eAgent Nexus as they both have handed over the responsibility of Principal Broker to Yari Garcia. Justn also holds the position of CEO at eAgent corporate where he oversees all franchise operations.
