Justin Perlstein

Justin R. Perlstein is one of Southern California's most respected and trusted realtors. Having over 13 years of personal experience as an investor, renovator, and realtor has allowed him to understand all aspects of the real estate process.

Coming from a family of respected Real Estate investors, Justin has grown up in the Real Estate profession. His passion for homes and design led him to study Communications and Real Estate at The University of Arizona. He then moved to Los Angeles where he immediately got immersed in buying and selling real estate.

Continuing his passion for Real Estate in Los Angeles, he joined Prudential Realty in West Hollywood under the close tutelage of a twenty-year veteran and one of L.A.'s top-producing agents. He has since jointly created California Trust Realty. The Goal of CTR is to create a company with a visionary approach to buying and selling real estate and is also dedicated and focused on the individual needs of the clients.
