Kaitlyn is a Northwest native with extensive knowledge of the Eastside and Greater Seattle Area as well as the current and past real estate market trends. Prior to real estate her career was in buying so she brings with her the tools of negotiation, communication, and recognizing the value in commodities. It is always her goal to be a clear communicator with her clients and to ensure they know she is always on their team and will do what it takes to help them navigate this market whether that is on the buy or sell side. Kaitlyn understands the meaning of being a homeowner and the excitement and responsibility that comes along with it.
