Kale Dunning

Kale Dunning is a 5th generation native of Clark County. After graduating from Battle Ground High School, he studied business and information technology at Washington State University in Pullman, where he met his wife of fifteen years. After graduating from college in 2001, Kale was unable to land a job in tech due to the market crash. Instead, he fell into real estate and despite a tech job offer later that year, he declined it as he had realized that real estate was going to be his vocation. Having bought his first house at the age of twenty-three, which he still owns as a rental, he finds significance in the process of helping people buy and sell homes.

Since becoming a broker, Kale has built an extremely successful real estate firm based on the simple principle of serving the needs of others before his own. This has allowed Kale and his team to rely almost completely on the referral traffic and word of mouth from past clients who trust his honesty and forthright business acumen.

To date, Kale has sold well over 1,000 homes, was voted the “best Realtor in Clark County” by the Vancouver Business Journal and has been in the top 1% of Realtors in the state of Washington for the past several years. He is a Certified Negotiation Expert and was a member of the CCAR Professional Standards Committee. He also has trained many other realtors in the different facets of the real estate business for over a decade.
