Karen Jones

Karen is a real estate trendsetter, simple and sweet. A native of Southern California, she has seen many changes over the years. A graduate of Menlo College, Karen started her sales career in the music industry. Following a project manager stint for multiple upgrades in her condo building Karen was welcomed as the Vice President of the HOA and urged to consider a new career in real estate.

As a perpetual student of interior design trends and having renovated countless properties, Karen now enjoys maximizing her client’s property value through creative design tweaks + minor improvements, which translate to higher selling prices.

Karen is a designated Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and a member of Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts. She loves participating with such a wonderful organization showcasing amazing Pasadena estates while guiding senior sellers through major financial and lifestyle transitions.
