I think my first contact with Karen Kellerman was in the summer of 2009. We were moving back home from California and wanted to get a jump on exploring our options in the Maine housing market. Long story short after touring over 100 homes in just a years time we finally found THE ONE in August of 2011 and closed on December 23rd. I am so thankful to have Karen as our Realtor and consider her to be a very dear friend. House hunting had become a hobby and now that the process is over I miss her dearly. I guess it's time to start considering our next purchase;-) If you want someone who cares about and will work for you, the client while approaching everything in an HONEST manner...Karen is your girl and I think you'll find she will earn your business for life as she has ours!!!
