In the company of fellow REALTORS and entrepreneurs, particularly remarkable Latinas, Karent Plasencia has fostered deep connections. These connections share a common thread of enthusiasm and a resounding passion for making positive contributions to the community. Her endeavors have led to the co-founding of Las C.E.O.S. (Chicas Emprendedoras Optimistas Sin-miedo), a local non-profit organization. One of their annual accomplishments is the bestowal of the Latina Emprendedora Scholarship, a beacon of hope for aspiring Latina entrepreneur high school seniors within District 6. Beyond this, their volunteer efforts extend to invaluable institutions such as Gifts from the Heart, the Weld Food Bank, and Habitat for Humanity.

A testament to Karent’s unwavering commitment, Karent Plasencia is also a founding member and Secretary of the Northern Colorado Chapter of NAHREP (National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals). Her influence reverberates across the spectrum, including her role on the GARA (Greeley Area Realtors Association) Board and her impending presidency in 2024. A lover of music and dance, she passionately believes in making music accessible for all to relish.
