Karina Sawyer is no stranger to community, clients, or real estate. Her career began in 2018 within Keller Williams administration, where she helped hundreds of clients experience the excitement of finding their perfect home. That front-row experience ignited her passion for real estate and people alike inspiring her to become a licensed Realtor® in 2020.
Since then, Karina’s dedication, integrity, and heart for service have earned her multiple honors, including the “Rookie of the Year” award in her first year, recognition among the top 5% of producing agents in her local Realtor Association, and most recently, the 2025 Keller Williams Northwest Region Culture Ambassador Award — celebrating her leadership, positivity, and commitment to elevating others.
Today, Karina is proud to be part of Realty One Group and the owner of her own real estate team, Next Level Properties, where she continues to serve clients across the Tri-Cities and surrounding communities. Her strength lies in educating buyers and sellers to make confident, well-informed decisions while delivering a personalized, next-level experience every step of the way.
Outside of real estate, Karina enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and finding meaningful ways to give back to her community.
