It is truly rare to find someone who is genuinely gifted at what they do. Hemingway wrote. Rembrandt painted. Karl Forell handles real estate transactions. My wife and I were upside down in a dated and dilapidated house that was worth about half of what we paid for it when the market was good and we thought we could fix it up and flip it. Raising a new baby in a house with regular basement flooding and a tree-root destroyed drainage system was becoming a dire situation for us. Despite having this on our credit, Karl was able to get us financed for a new house and, thank God, found a buyer for our old house and got our bank to accept a short sale to get us free and clear of the mess. I don't know how he did it. But he did. Kudos.
