Karl began his career in 2007 in the finance sector, gaining early experience at Bank of America Home Loans before moving into Loan Origination across multiple states. After transitioning to Idaho real estate in 2017 he built a strong track record guiding investors through a wide range of property types and value-add opportunities. Recognized as a BRR Top Producer since 2020 Karl has also expanded his expertise through multi-business ownership, real estate investing and property management. His work includes sourcing investments through traditional and non-traditional avenues and utilizing creative financing strategies. He continues to build on this background through his work with Colliers where he supports clients in achieving their investment goals. Karl provides landlord, tenant, buyer and seller representation.
