Katelyn Mancini

Katelyn is a licensed residential Realtor® and an active member of the Charlottesville Area Association of Realtors "CAAR". Being a second-generation Realtor®, she brings a variety of exceptional marketing and negotiation skills to her clients. She graduated from Bridgewater College majoring in Business and Marketing. She has been a licensed Realtor since 2011.

In 2021 she did over $16 million in sales. She was awarded the CAAR Good Neighbor Award for community service in 2020 and the Joan Esposito community service award in 2016 & 2019 for volunteering her time with non-profits throughout the community. She was nominated as one of the Top 5 Best Realtors in Charlottesville by C'Ville Magazine in 2019 and was a Readers Choice Top Realtor finalist in 2020. Katelyn was a Professional Honor Society recipient in 2018-2020. In 2019 she earned the Roy Wheeler Realty Co. New Horizon Award for outstanding achievement.

Katelyn dedicates a lot of her time to giving back to the local community by volunteering for charitable organizations such as Toy Lift, Loaves and Fishes, Boys and Girls Club, and Portico Kids at her church. She is also on the board for the Fluvanna SPCA. "I have always had a special place in my heart for charity work. You will often see me with my rescue pup, Minnie. In fact, she probably rescued me. She is my four-legged assistant!"

Katelyn was an accomplished student-athlete riding on the Bridgewater Equestrian Team. Katelyn also enjoys craft projects, interior design, and playing softball.
