With 28 years at The Corcoran Group, Kathy is a highly experienced agent. Because of her abilities to listen, negotiate and think strategically, she is among the most successful agents in Manhattan. She is esteemed by both clients and colleagues for her calm and gracious demeanor and her ability to get deals closed under the most adverse circumstances.

Kathy has handled scores of co-op purchases and sales in some of Manhattan’s most prestigious buildings. She has won numerous awards, including Salesperson of the Month and Top 25 (in a firm with over 1500 agents in New York). She has been a member of Corcoran's Multi-Million Dollar Club, which recognizes top-level sales, every year since 1991. She has served on Corcoran's Advisory Council as a liaison between sales agents and management.
