You need to work with Kathi Donivan! I cannot recommend Kathi more. I have used Kathi to buy and sell two homes. In my most recent experience, we were under a tight deadline, but Kathi and her team rose to the challenge and provided a great experience in which we were able to sell our home quickly and above asking price. Kathi made a very tough move easy at every turn! I was moving across states and only had a brief time to find the home of my dreams and my retirement. I was only able to spend one short day looking at properties. Kathi acted on my behalf at every turn. She was willing to do "whatever it took" to get me in the right home. We did facetime reviews and she represented me at all times when it was impossible to me to be there in person. I trusted her with the most important decision of my life and she never disappointed. She was friendly, professional and always provided guidance when I needed it. She represented us during inspection and final walk through and I never had a concern.

Fabulous experience . Kathi and her team did an excellent job with our sale. She researched the homes in our neighborhood and suggested a sales price. Five Star Service for Out of State Buyers! This was our first time buying a house out of state (we are active duty military) and we were referred to Kathi and her team through a trusted friend/realtor. Kathi called us within a day or two to get an idea of what we were looking for and advised us on areas that were suitable for our family, set up the MLS listing website (which was very user friendly and designed wonderfully! So many listing websites are ugly/hard to navigate but OneHome was wonderful) and for a couple of weeks before visiting person we thumbs up/down houses so she could get a better idea of what we were looking for. We were able to view 15 houses in the one day trip we took to CO to see houses in person. She gave great advice for all of the houses (things to avoid, things that might be costly, special considerations for CO living, etc) and we found our home that very day. Communication was fantastic throughout the entire process and Kathi and her team handled issues that arose during the closing process with ease and timeliness. Will recommend Kathi and her team to anyone that is buying in CO!

Great at what she does! I've worked with Kathi to sell 2 homes now and it has been a great experience each time. She will do what it takes to get the most out of your sale and keep the process as easy as possible. She really knows the market and knows how to present a property to potential buyers. Each time my property sold within a few days. She works with you through every detail of the sale and, even when on vacation on another continent, maintains communication to ensure you are always updated. Kathi is second to none! Kathi Donivan was referred to me from a former colleague back in 2019 when I was buying my home in Colorado Springs. Kathi and her team were patient, accommodating, and made sure my wife and I found everything we wanted in the home of our dreams.. And we did! Over the years she kept constant communication and sent thoughtful anniversary gifts to make sure we were still feeling the same excitement and happiness we felt on closing day!

Fast forward to 2022, we decided to sell our home due to career transition, and Kathi was absolutely the first to come to mind to help us sell it. Her services were again unmatched as her expertise, contractor network, and resourcefulness helped us prepare our home to make it the most marketable in an already competitive sellers market. Kathi is absolutely the best of the best. She represented me and my wife in our move from California to Colorado (Denver specfically). We met with Kathi out in Denver for our first meeting, but from that point forward, we did showings remotely. In addition to needing to work with her remotely, and do home showings remotely/virtually, Kathi also had to help us get a house in a 3-month timeframe. Kathi was an unbelievable advisor and negotiator -- we ended up with our dream home, in our #1 neighborhood, within our timeframe. It was a 11/10 experience working with her and I could not recommend her more highly!

This was my first time buying a house. Carrie and Kathi made it the easiest experience ever! They made sure I had many choices to look at with my, “must haves.” When we found the house, Carrie did everything to make it happen. After putting in the offer and it being accepted, I didn’t have to worry about missing any deadlines because she had it covered. Anytime I had a question, they responded quickly. I didn’t realize how much work goes into purchasing a house, paperwork, inspections, appraisals, but these women walked us through it all. My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, somewhat new to the Denver area by a year, and we were recommended to Kathi by word of mouth, and we are SO glad we were! At our first meeting, she was very thorough and provided us the basis of what it will be like buying our first home, also taking the time to hear what we are looking for in a home. She was also realistic on how the market is and what it may be, and reassuring us that she will do what it takes for us to get our first home. And she did just that! We looked at about 27 homes, put in multiple offers, and although the market became super competitive (and at times scary and hopeless), Kathi continued to help us in the process by giving us recommendations, even sending us homes that she believed matched our criteria and was still within our budget. She was even flexible based off of my work schedule as a healthcare worker by scheduling showings after my work. And after a few months, we went under contract! Kathi helped us sell our home, and buy our DREAM property.

Her recommendations on updates that would make our house sell faster, and for more money, were spot on, and her staging services really showed the house in the best light. When offers rolled in, her professionalism helped us make an educated and unbiased choice in buyer. We were under contract in less than a week for much more than the listing price!

When looking for our next home, Kathi provided valuable insight, and support which led us to an amazing property that ticked off all the boxes. She made the process so easy, and had plenty of recommendations regarding title companies, inspectors, and more. She even negotiated a great price on a tractor that the seller was considering leaving behind! :)

I wish I would've meet Kathi when I bought my first house, but when it came time to sell our house we reached out to Kathi for help. She looked over our house and had a step-by-step list of suggestions to help with getting the most for our house. When it came time for staging the house Kathi even handled that by adding her personal touches.

Kathi helped with the buying and even selling of our next house, for my wife and I decided to retire to Europe. While we left for Europe Kathi handled everything for us.
