I couldn't recommend Kathleen more! 2020 in NYC was not a great moment in time with our lock down, but my dream home became available for sale and I knew it was a great opportunity for me to move on my quest in buying a home in Brooklyn. I knew Kathleen from the dog park, but more importantly I trusted Kathleen and her deep knowledge of Brooklyn and the real estate market here. She walked me through every step of my journey, even predicting the exact scenario of my initial offer and the seller's counter, so I would be fully prepared. Buying an apartment in one of the most competitive markets in the world with your precious life savings is an exhilarating but terrifying experience. As an accomplished real estate insider and designer, Kathleen is the person to make the process way less overwhelming. After all, you listen to the advice of someone who owns multiple properties, including a glorious carriage house in a highly desirable area, Clinton Hill.

Kathleen pushed me to accomplish my dream for my first property - a brownstone renovation project - and has supported me with expertise, patience and kindness every step of the way. I was so impressed with her confidence and command, I hired her to also become my designer after we closed on the property. It is rare to find that one-two punch but as a previous Warerworks designer, she knows the ins and outs of luxury kitchens and bathrooms.

As a first time home buyer and renovator, Kathleen has gone above and beyond to open her heart, home and network, saving me thousands of dollars and dozens of regrettable mistakes. Her experience beats all of my Google research.
