Originally from Missouri, she came to Boulder in 1984, attending the University of Colorado on a tennis scholarship. After getting her B.S. in Accounting, she continued her tennis endeavors, playing professionally in local tournaments while teaching tennis at the Harvest House Sporting Association. She is a member of the Colorado Sportswomen Hall of Fame and the Colorado Tennis Hall of Fame.

Kathleen currently lives in Lafayette, is married, and has two boys, one who is currently at the University of Colorado. She served on the board for the Colorado Tennis Association for over 10 years, volunteers within the Boulder Valley School District and is involved with St. Thomas Aquinas Church. She loves to hike, read, go to good restaurants, cook, and give back to the Boulder community.

Her integrity, positive attitude, listening and negotiation skills and work ethic have all been tools to her success. Easily accessible, she listens to her client’s needs and goes beyond the call of duty by assisting their requests outside of real estate. Kathleen feels very fortunate to have developed great relationships with all of her clients. She cares deeply for her clients whether they are a first-time homebuyer or a repeat client.
