Kathryn McCarthy

Kathy has been selling homes for over 20 years in Orange County and has been part of the Villa Park/Orange community for over 30 years. Kathy brings a unique background of sales, accounting/tax, financial planning, and insurance underwriting. This combination of financial knowledge, personal understanding, a drive to please her clients and a continuing ability to find the perfect home for buyers, and the right marketing strategy for sellers have led to a highly successful career. Kathryn lives in Villa Park , raised her two children in this lovely city and feels blessed to have found this ‘Hidden Gem’. She and her husband moved over 30 years ago and they quickly became involved in the community, schools, and youth sports.
Kathy is a member of the Villa Park Women's League, the Villa Park Community Foundation and the Assistance League of Orange.
