I sincerely cannot express enough how appreciative I am for Kathy and all the hard work she put in to help me sell my home! She toured my place in advance of the sale and identified areas that we could enhance the look and feel of the place. She connected me with those that remodeled the home for very reasonable prices - and then at the end of day our home went for 23K over the asking price! Kathy was with me on every step of the way, answering every question, and she helped me accomplish this while I was already moved out and starting my new life!

Thank you Kathy a million times over! Would recommend to anyone!

Everyone should work with Kathy whether you are buying or selling a home. Every transaction with Kathy as my agent representing my best interest were flawless! If an issue arose...it was always I'll take care of it and she did. Communication was nonstop every step of the way. I’ve dealt with Kathy on two home purchases and one home sale . She is FANTASTIC! She called out/corrected a home inspector that said there was an issue with our central air when there wasn’t. Her years of experience and knowledge extend beyond just selling and processing paperwork. She has a sharp eye and is on point for everything that needs to be done in order for your real estate transaction to close smoothly. You will not regret using her as your agent!

I moved to Amherst, NY from GA in October this year and purchased a house sight-unseen (except by my daughter) who had recommended Kathy as a fine realtor. My daughter was certainly correct. I found just the home I wanted and have Kathy and my daughter to thank for this. Kathy is an outstanding realtor, very experienced, knowledgeable, and responsive to all my questions and concerns. As a first time home buyer, I walked into the process of buying a home with a lot of questions. From the first time we spoke, Kathy immediately put me at ease with her comprehensive expertise, experience, and attitude. She was incredibly responsive, patient, and knowledgeable - taking the time to explain each part of the process in detail and explain it again when I didn't quite catch it the first time. She is the best realtor ever! She is so detail oriented and helped us buy two and sell two homes. She had great advice about getting our home in great shape and ready to sell and walked us through picking an offer. And when we were buying, she helped us negotiate the best price and getting things fixed before we did the deal. She “has a guy” for everything we needed done when fixing up our home. She is so encouraging and capable, trustworthy and honest. I wish she could move with us and help us buy our next home. She actually helped us interview a couple of realtors to make sure we got a good one and helped establish good communication because this new area handles real estate differently. We miss her and love her. You will be so glad she is in your corner. .

Ms. Anderson was our realtor when we bought our first home in 2008 and helped us when we had no idea what we were doing! When a relative decided to move here from out of state in July 2020, I referred him to Ms. Anderson. Due to COVID travel restrictions, I was the 'woman on the ground' to view the properties and attend the home inspection in person. The market was MUCH different than 12 years ago, and very intense! Ms. Anderson worked with both of us in person and remotely. She was promptly responsive to our questions and she found my relative a great FSBO house that we would have otherwise missed. Both in 2008 and in 2020, she gave us many valuable recommendations for home-related services well after the houses closed. I highly recommend her.
