About Kathy

Kathy Anglin is a fourth generation Texan. Born and raised in Houston, she moved to Austin in the summer of 1984, amidst the oil and real estate crash. Compared to today, she says, Austin then was a sleepy little town with a population of about 450,000. As she recalls, there was not one traffic light from Oak Hill to Llano.

After living in Austin for ten years, however, she saw that growth was starting to occur, and she wanted to be a part of it. Acquiring her real estate license in 1995 was the beginning of fulfilling a dream. Kathy has a genuine passion for the waterfront areas of Austin and surrounding Highland Lakes, including Lake Austin, Lake Travis, and Lake LBJ. She knows Lake Travis particularly well, from shoreline to shoreline and every cove in between. With over 17 years of experience in real estate, Kathy has sold almost every type of property.

But she's certainly not limited to waterfront areas. Since 1995, Kathy has sold hundreds of properties from Marble Falls to Bastrop and Dripping Springs to Round Rock. Those properties have ranged from modest, undeveloped lots to exquisite estates - no job too small or too big for Kathy. She is skilled at evaluating your home and preparing a marketing plan that will attract a buyer who appreciates the wonderful and unique features of your home.
