Kathy was very knowledgeable and professional at helping us narrow down what we were looking for in a home. She help us get financing set up for pre approval. She had good connections that we used for different processes pertaining to closing. She went above and beyond with her availability, if I would try to get a last minute showing in of something we thought we'd like. She knows how to play hard ball when it comes to closing. She provided food knowledge of what we could do for improvements for future resale. We still see/hear from her often at/about different client events. She is truly someone we recommend again and again.

I highly recommend Kathy for all your real estate needs. Kathy is highly professional, hard working, knowledgeable agent. We started working with Kathy before we even relocated to Omaha. She showed us some homes on a visit and was very attentive to what we were looking for in a home and communicated with us often and clearly what was available within our parameters and was readily available to look at homes before we moved and to show us homes after we moved. Kathy drove us around Omaha looking at homes that were in different neighborhoods and showed us many things that Omaha had to offer. Kathy made the process very smooth once we found the home we were searching for. Kathy has kept in touch long after we bought our house and has invited us to quite a few fun events and has surprised us with some sweet little tokens of her appreciation of our business(she makes some yummy jellies).

Kathy Shunk was a joy to work with. We were new to Omaha and she took extra time to show us around and answer all of our questions. She gently reminded us of what some of our hopes and dreams were for a new home when we got too emotionally excited about a home with some of the things we really didn't want. She spent many hours showing us homes and was always willing to help.

Man oh man, is this woman amazing! Words can't even explain how easy she made the process of buying a house for me and my little family. Kathy was my mother's realtor when we moved to Omaha from small town Brady Nebraska and my mother never had anything but nice things to say about her. My parents bought and sold a total of I believe 3 houses with Kathy. One of their houses had a big flood and they needed work done and she was able to refer a great contractor to come in and help. When looking for new properties Kathy had built such a great rapport with me that when it was time for me to buy a home she was the first person I called! Her schedule is extremely flexible, she could make almost any time or day work. She communicates extremely well. If we didn't know something she would answer all questions, even if she needed to find the answer from someone else. We bought our home almost 4 years ago but to this day she is still willing to help with any kind of property questions or help that we may need! When looking for a realtor I highly recommend choosing this woman, she is outstanding at her job and will do anything to make sure you find your dream home! I know we will stick with her for as long as we are in the area!

I have worked with a few agents over the years and Kathy quickly became my favorite. She went above and beyond the call of duty and was always there to answer my thousands of questions. It is clear that she loves what she does.
