About Katia

I was born and raised in Lima, Peru. My family and I have lived in Douglas County for more than ten years.

I have degrees in Corporate Communication and Marketing. With more than 14 years of experience, I have held various leadership positions in government agencies, multinational corporations and consulting. I also have been a professor in Communications at two Universities in Peru. I am fluent in both Spanish and English.

I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter skiing, golfing, and playing tennis. I got my motorcycle endorsement in 2012 and love discover Colorado riding with my husband. I also have a passion for photography and scrapbooking.

Katia helped my wife and I find our first home. We love it! Not only was she very professional, but also very attentive to our needs and wants. She was able to show us places that we wanted to see and also show us places we didn't think of looking at that we liked. Most importantly to me, Katia was very patient and flexible. She worked around our busy work schedules to find us what we needed. She supported us and made us feel extremely comfortable with the entire process.
