Katie helped me buy a great condo in Boulder under difficult circumstances. I had to do most of the negotiations from the jungles of Peru with very limited internet so communications from Katie had to be efficient and timely, which they were. The previous owner was a neat person but somewhat eccentric and Katie handled the negotiations with her with finesse. I had to change the lender at the last minute, which Katie facilitated with ease. Finally, I had to move the closing date forward a week and then had to travel that day after all. Katie did an excellent job representing me at the closing so now I have a great home. Katie helped us with the purchase of a property in Boulder and was very helpful and professional, before, during and after the buying process.
