About Katrina

Born and Raised in the South Bay, Katrina has been an integral part of the Los Angeles County area. She started her career in Real Estate while attending El Camino College. As a senior at El Camino, Katrina served as the President for the L.A. Law Club, while earning her American Bar Association Certified Paralegal Certification. After she graduated from CSUDH, she earned some of the highest grades in her senior classes, often setting the bar in college courses, such as in System Analysis and Design. She eventually graduated with honors in her major, Business. When the market fell in 2008-2009 Katrina was recruited to negotiate Short Sales on behalf of distressed homeowners by one of the biggest Real Estate companies in the country. From Palos Verdes Estates to Big Bear Katrina was able to successfully negotiate with Bank of America, Chase, US Bank, Wells Fargo and countless others, saving approximately 100 Southern California families from foreclosure. She is well versed in all things Real Estate working in Residential, Commercial, International, and Distressed Markets. Some of her work has even reached the desk of the former President of the United States and she was featured by the L.A. Times. Today, Katrina works in her office in downtown Manhattan Beach as a Real Estate consultant. Her talents have earned her the respect of her peers and government officials. She works as both a listing specialist and buyer's agent. Her hobbies include volunteering, all things environmental, camping, hiking and discovering new places of interest all over the country.
