KC’s favorite part of being a realtor is ending up with well-informed, well-educated clients at the closing table --- and then those clients become friends and come to her over the years for all things house and Idaho-related.
After 14 years as a full-time agent, KC learned that the more quality information she can give to her clients, the more relaxed and comfortable they are with the selling or buying experience---and they are often able to enjoy it together and have some fun! Her clients have taught her many important lessons over the years and the thing that they love the best is that she communicates with them constantly through the process and helps clear the path to closing.
As a trainer of Windermere Professionals, she can help educate new agents on how to provide 5 Star service to their clients. She hires full-time agents in their office because the best way to be a market expert is to be IN the market every day.
KC is proud to say that Boise is her hometown. She is a fifth-generation Idahoan, and her family has been in the Real Estate business for four generations. She loves living here and takes advantage of all that her home has to offer such as skiing, whitewater rafting, boating, camping, and mountain biking.
