Kealy Baughman

Kealy is the owner and Broker of Trail 27, who is focused on local impact. Raised in Laguna Beach, California, Kealy’s discipline, and drive awarded her accolades such as athletic scholarship to University of Washington and 1st Team Jr. All American. After graduation, Kealy continued at Washington as the assistant coach and currently coaches at Boise Volleyball Club. She loves giving back to our community and teaching life skills through sport to our youth. Kealy has called Boise home for the past decade and resides in the East End with her family. Having successfully worked through the Historic Preservation Commission for approval of an East End Bungalow; and having recently built a new energy efficient home, Kealy and her husband Mike are a great resource regarding construction and design. Annually awarded Top Producer by Ada County Association of Realtors, she is also enthusiastic about consulting people on how to achieve their goals in real estate, athletics, or career development. Outside of her family and real estate, you will find Kealy Mountain biking, cycling, snowboarding, playing volleyball, or hosting gatherings.
