My mission is to promote the concept of generational wealth through real estate investments and financial empowerment education. I provide my listeners with pertinent real estate data related to Sacramento and California at large, engaging conversations with insightful guests, updates on the local market, and occasionally, an in-depth exploration of black history in Sacramento Real Estate and its significance for the black community.

In January of 2020, I founded Anchor Financial Academy | AFA Real Estate & Wealth Building Conference (www.myanchoronline.com), Sacramento's first two-day home buyer preparedness conference with an emphasis on debt-free living, credit restoration, home ownership preparedness, and introduction to investing.
In August of 2022, I founded Sac Club 100 (www.joinclub100.com) where my colleagues and I empower Sacramentans to become homeowners using an exclusive five-star model approach which guides buyers every step of the way in realizing their dream of home ownership. For 2023, we are extremely proud to announce that we successfully helped 24 families attain home ownership through our program.
I am a state director of the California Association of Real Estate Brokers (CAREB), a subsidiary of NAREB - the oldest minority real estate trade association in the United States with an emphasis on democracy in housing. I also serve on the board of directors of my church's non-profit development company Legacy Community Development Corporation of Saint Paul Church of Sacramento as its co-chair. We are hard at work on our next development project.
In June 2023, I was thrilled to announce the completion of my certificate in Real Estate Development from Cornell University. This learning journey is a significant stepping stone towards gaining a firm foothold in the developmental landscape. I am eager to collaborate on, and create and foster the growth of affordable 'missing middle' home ownership opportunities.
