I’ll start by saying, you would be LUCKY to work with Kelly. She is hands down one of the best agents out there. She helped us sell our townhome unit, and with many bumps in the road, she stayed calm at every point in the process and helped us through some very difficult moments. She staged the unit immaculately, held a overwhelmingly successful open house and we accepted an offer only days after listing it. Not to mention, we got 75k over asking price, 21 offers, and nothing in that neighborhood has come close to selling for what we did. It was all thanks to Kelly and we are still blown away months later. She then helped us to find our dream home, write a very strong offer, which ended up being the winning offer. I can’t even begin to tell you how much she did for us. She helped us through some of the most stressful times, supported us, fought for us, stayed calm and positive and fearless for months on end working with us. She always offered her help and her time no matter what day of the week it was. She is one of the hardest working, kind people you will meet. I highly reccomend working with Kelly on any real estate transaction! We are team Kelly forever!!
