Kelly Stimart

Kelly has been a Broker/Realtor® in the Charlotte area for over 30 years and brings a wealth of experience and extensive knowledge about the local real estate market. He has been a resident of the Queen City since his family moved here from Indiana when he was eight years old. He attended public and private schools in Charlotte before heading off to East Carolina University on a golf scholarship and then went on to play professionally for a few years after graduating. After life on the tour, Kelly became the top assistant golf pro at well-known Myers Park Country Club before getting his real estate license in 1990. Kelly worked for several local real estate firms before joining Corcoran HM Properties in the fall of 2021.

A former golf professional who picked up his first club at the age of six with a dream of becoming a pro, has spent the past three decades helping others fulfill their dreams. Similar to teaching someone how to play golf, Kelly really enjoys helping his clients accomplish their goals by navigating them through each step of the listing and selling process and helping them find their perfect home. He has never met a stranger and has built long-term friendships with many of his clients over the years. His vast knowledge of the local real estate market, ability to listen, negotiating experience, combined with attention to detail are all traits that have helped Kelly achieve a long history of success as a consistent top producer and gain an exceptional reputation in the real estate community.

Kelly lives in SouthPark and enjoys all types of fitness, sports, traveling, movies, fine dining, and volunteering his time.
